Submit an Online Work Request
The quickest and most reliable way of getting your help request to us is to submit it online. When you click Submit, your issue will be logged directly into our Remedy Action Request System and we will be notified via email of a pending work request.
After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Remedy ticket number for reference. You can then use this number to check the status of your request online. Additionally, you can email us at cohhelp@email.arizona.edu or call us at (520) 626-1441.
Note: Please be as specific as possible when submitting a work request. Referencing your Device Name, A Tag, N Tag, or COH Tag numbers helps us in identifying the computer with which you are having trouble. These labels may be affixed to your workstation, on the bottom of a laptop, or listed under the My Computer icon on your desktop.
