Locations

Our main address is in Modern Languages (#67) room 345. However, we have offices all over campus and we support users in several buildings, including LSB, Chavez, CESL, Babcock, Harvill, Poetry, Geromino, and GSS.

Working Hours

Normal working hours are from 8:00am until 5:00pm. We do not provide after-hours support for desktop or laptops, but we constantly monitor our servers for maximum uptime. If you require service for off-site equipment, you can be drop it off in ML 345 during working hours with appropriate peripherals and contact information. We will contact you to pick it up when work is completed or we can drop it by your office.

LSB Office Hours

In addition to our ML offices, we maintain office hours in the Learning Services Building (#105) room 103.
